About 2 months ago I was vacuming my car at the local car wash...I accidentally sucked up a few coins from my arm rest...well, I started thinking..."how many other people have done this same thing?" The next day I went and spoke to the manager...I told him I'd clean out his vacumn machines free of charge. He looked at me like I was nutz! He thought for a second and said, "YES".

I made a couple of sifter type boxes and started dumping all that trash into my boxes...well I came up with over $23.00 in loose change. Several Wheaties, and a couple silver coins also. Every week I do this, even picked up another car wash last week. :ok:

I live in a small town of 25,000 people so I could just imagine living in a big city.

I know for alot of people this may seem below their standards...but that extra $20.00 a week adds up nicely and I can then buy silver rounds or whatever with my finds from prospecting car washes. :smile:

By cycle...you mean?...how much to vacumn out a car? .75 cents.

An enterprising concept, darn good idea, just don't let them try to horn in on your action......cry poverty, and show um a few pennys.

I once worked at a car wash and we fought over who got to clean those things out so we could reap the rewards. Gloves and dust mask are a must. We used a broom handle to beat out the vacuum curtains; makes quick work of that part.
